If you broke my terms of service during a commission work, I would add you to my blacklist.

Provide reference for the characters is obligatory. If not I would not accept the commission.

I don't sell different style/type of commissions that is not explicit in my prices. (Like sketchs or only linearts)

I don't do customs or character based on a text.

English is NOT my first language, so please try to be clean with your commissions ideas, and be patient if I have some mistakes with the redaction.

My DMs and socials are only for commission information and for my clients. I don't use these for anything besides that, please avoid to do "small talks" with me or try to befriend me.

Payment upfront in USD via Paypal Invoice. ///Para Chile los pagos pueden ser por CUENTA RUT o PAYPAL

Full payment is required upfront to save a slot wich is NONREFUNDABLE.

I DON'T DO REFUNDS! If for some reason the client isn't willing to continue with the piece, refund would be NOT possible.

If I can't complete your commission due to personal reasons, I will personally contact you to refund the money.

The starting of your order depends on your place on the waitlist. Please be patient.

I only send WIPs for the most importart steps for the commission (Sketch > Lineart > Color)

When I start your commission I will notify you with the first sketch.

I need your confirmation in every step in order to advance.

You can ask for major changes only in the skeching phase. after that, you will be charged +1-5$ for each change depending in how big is.

I don't do any charge for my own mistakes in the process.

I have a schedule to see what days and hours I'm working on commissions. If you talk to me outside my schedule I will not respond.

If you rush me with the commission process or spam my DM in excess, I would cancel your commission and keep the money.

I hold every right to the produced drawing. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.

The client can upload the finished piece in any personal gallery or website as long as my signature is still visible or credit must be given to me as the artist for the commission.

I do not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used in process of creation.

You can't use the artwork commercially (Meaning making money with it) in any kind of way.

NONE OF MY ARTWORKS CAN BE USED IN ANY BLOCKCHAIN-RELATED TECHNOLOGY (including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space)
